Thanks freshed! I just figgured a little problem. The physical explosion wich is behind the door needs to have less power, else, other people that not even is close to the door will die. I don't know, but I'll put down some research. So.. Update comming soon!

Use some physical objects, like barrels or boxes.. You can spawn them with the entity prop_physics, or for dynamic entitys like,, ragdolls or mathresses, prop_ragdoll. And, yes, every one likes 3D skyboxes!

I made a map like this one a while ago,, named Evil scientist, but some leak that didn't exist made (came up after I added an entity, then, it wouldn't dissapare) the map not work in game (weird) so I had to remove it..

I say the same thing as I said about your last map.. Place some more covers out in the open area, so you can advance! At least I would like that.. Or are aim maps always open fields? :S
I like the roads! How do you make such nice turns? The textures are turning to,, you know.. Is the turn made by several brushes, so you rotate the texture for ech brush? :S Or is it some other trick?
I don't get it? What is this? The screeny shows nothing.. :S Is it like, before a levelchange in HL2, when you're in a tunnel, and the tunnel end is all white (By a sprite)? Or is it the same thing, but no level change, and the closer you get, the more you can see of the other side of the sprite?
I'm thinking about making the npc_combine_s and the npc_metropolice friendly, and if you shot them, they will shot you... Easy to make but maby good for beginners? =)

It went so fast I couldn't read it.

I think, that if you make the skybox as you made it at the one in the middle of the screenshot, the map is more unrealistic,, I mean, If you throw a granade over the wall, it comes back cuz it bounced on the sky. But if you make a box, you can throw the granade where ever you want to throw it..

cool Idea with the rearview mirror! I like this new parent system,, very useful. It woulf be nice if you parented a camera pointing down a bit on a flying NPC, (heli/gunship).. Imagen the view of a nice outside map from above..
Or if this camera could be used in MP, like,, in CSS, and you could put it on the CT players and put the monitors in one of those swat transport cars, and watch them run around while playing online.

It's a bit trixy, but if I remember right, you can do it with an info_camera_link,, I'm not sure, but I'm experementing with it on my new map, arctic flare. It should be in the next update.

I used the same idea when I made a security system, I put a camera on each guard, and watched them run around in the big building. But the map was to ugly to be uploaded on TWHL..

Thanks! The 2nd thing you said, I tried to make it longer, and then put a black light in the tunnel, so it would fade black, but HL went nuts, and hammer was talking about an invaild solid structure.. I wasn't even using vertex, ^^ I don't know what's wrong, but anyway, thanks!

Try adding some more intresting obstacles and some covers wich makes it posseble to advance.

You put it in the HL2/maps,, or,, well,, whatever..
Then you run the map command in the console to play the map.
Example: map swingy_thingy
