Yeah posters are printed on silk so you don't get the shiny glare, unlike paper. Got them on ebay for a good price, originally got 11 13x20 posters for less then $40, shipping was combined ($3.00) so it was a good deal...

man, I got bose speakers from future shop about 2 years ago, and they still sell them.
In the past when I had my desk, I'd wake up in the morning to see that my cats knocked over the speakers, this happened multiple times, the first time, the cats knocked one over through the night, in the morning I seen the speaker hanging over the edge of my desk by its wire! Anyway moral of the story, THEY STILL SOUND KICKASS! and they look like I got them yesturday, no dents or anything..
I realize that bose is usually expensive but man, I think it was the best $150 I spent in all my life.
I was going to get either this pare, or a bose coputer speaker set that came with a sub for $50 more.. tried both out at the store.. The one I got sounded alot better.. anyway, I'm ranting.

yeah the 860 is faster than the core i7-920, but the 920 uses tri-channel memory with it, which in your case, you'll have 8gigs of ram anyway, so yeah, good setup I'd say.
Oh another thing the 470, and the radeon 5870, the temps and power consuptions, are a little higher with the 470, but they both can handle DX11 for the latest games.. but then again, its mainly the price difference your looking at.. specs are:

A couple months back the same company came to the college and viewed all our work and asked the class what software we all used, then was told 'Only Maya'
About a week ago, they wrote the instructor chris if he had any grads still looking for work. Knowing that we only learn't Maya..
On there website they list the programs they use. So, I honestly wondered wth. It would be awesome if July 1st (the start date) they actually got licensed Autodesk Mayas.
But you have to do, what you have to do to get into the industry...

its for Xbox and PC actually, but yeah that would have been a killer for me too.. yeah, read up on it, and it seems really good, have to control your breathing in order to get accurate shots.. also have to keep the weather in mind because it also effects accuracy and what not.

...what do you mean 'kill time' its great for an online portfolio.. you can create a level design in Maya, and then run it through unity. and then host it for potential employers to view.. and it really doesn't take long.
