I did it once...Way over did it but I am grateful no-one used that to make fun of me...A sort of weak spot you could call it.

I think he is showing that the model isn't straight or something so the nose and mouth don't fit in the middle...It looks odd in other words.

I like Quake 4 in a sense but there is a feeling of well...It reminds me of some old games cause they have '2D' backgrounds that really put you off...

The textures are cool but it has a strange cel-shaded feeling to it.

I had no idea the editors were similar...Might give it a try sometime.

When it comes to realistic, exploding mayhem...Source is the bitch to do it all.

I remember I got scared of the the end boss on Lylat Wars:

Hurgh used to make me shiver for some reason...

Another time I got scared was while playing Zelda: Majora's Mask because it had a forest dungeon with a pitch black room and I used to get so scared of it as all these flying black faces flew around...

You realise I was only around 9-10 so what games scared you when you were a kid? It was mostly N64 games for me but I do remember playing Silent Hill on PS1 and just exploded with fear.

Have a Keyframe rope at the bottom and a move rop at the top and then in properties connect them with their names...

A length_constraint is for limiting how long the rope is...

To tie an object to a rope use the parent command in properties.

I tried the first map and I loved the intro camera set-up as it reminds of a certain game I shant mention...

Skins are pretty tight! But yeah...The collar on the Slave shouldn't change...I know it seems to most people that you were lazy and didn't change the collar but at least it makes sense.

Imageshack is good for images that you want temporarily hosted but PhotoBucket is great for hosting permanent images that can be organised into folders. I am using it now to host website pictures...Really useful.

If you look in Hammer and choose a model you can view the smaller versions of that model all broken up. Each broken piece is a seperate model I believe and so when you make a custom model you must make the full version and the broken version and somehow write the information in the model files which I think are .QC and uhm..I forgot.

Gibs are models too because in Smod the enemies explode on high pressure and then these bloody gib models fly everywhere and the room is filled with blood and GORE!
