Elegy sounds like exactly the thing to get me to try Godot. This is a super ambitious project but I know from your previous stuff and watching your tutorials that you're capable of doing it!
I do not, sadly... One of those things I guess I never archived in my move-with-me folders, and as far as I can remember it was 2 PCs ago so I don't think I have the files lying around on another machine either... If memory serves this was for Map A Room so it might be in there, but it's also a second one - It's been so long I can't recall if there was a second one that was going to come out or if I just made two rooms for the existing release.

It's good to see you again, and I'm glad things are going well (all things considered anyhow). Its nuts to me that Scott's in high school already - I remember being on TWHL when he was born!
Tastes change over time. I know I don't get as captivated by action games as I used to when I was a kid, (I do still enjoy them!) and often times I'll want to relax with something a bit more slow-paced. Could be you've lost interest in gaming in general, but maybe you just need to try some new genres, find something that helps you unwind instead?

Absolutely great despite what Urby says. The map is somewhat poorly illuminated (getting no favours from goldsource's "Flashlight uses lightmap resolution, lightmap resolution scales with texture size" issue) but no worse than many areas in classic HL mods such as USS Darkstar, and leaving you in complete darkness for a much smaller amount of time - I never had to pause in complete darkness to let my flashlight recharge, for instance.
Combat is on the light side, but paced and balanced well for the exploration focus the map has - You never get bored, but you also never feel overwhelmed or like the map is constantly throwing new enemies at you.
Brushwork and textures are, as always, given that SnC polish that makes me super jealous. Somewhat dull lighting aside, map looks damn good, though I'd recommend toning down the amount of lens flare/corona sprites by cast lights, because while they add some visual noise, none of those bulbs are bright enough to actually produce flares unless you're looking through a lens that was smeared with petroleum jelly and then pounded into the dirt.

The amount of detail you've managed to cram into this map while still allowing it (just barely!) to compile is nothing short of mastery of the craft. Not that you needed them, but bonus points for the piped-in music in the lobby, and the awesome rocket launch.

Well, about 40 minutes in and I still have around 16 to go... I also had to noclip a few times because I'm not up to snuff on my speedrun techniques and don't know how to get that much vertical air. There's also an invisible wall near the ladder - presumably that's a bug. Will try to find the remaining buttons tomorrow, but for now I sleep.
My goldsource days are likely over but if I ever decide to go back I know where to go for prefabs ^^
