The download broke but has been restored thanks to Jessie. Unfortunately, "ambience/Lord of the Rings .wav" (yes, I meant to type the extra space at the end) is missing but the map can still be played.

Hammer can't open the .map without modification. You can fix it by opening the file in a text editor first and replacing every instance of "\Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\valve" with just "valve". That reduces the length of the "wad" property, allowing Hammer to open the map.

If this is a multiplayer map, please choose Half-Life Deathmatch as game. It's the name for Half-Life's multiplayer mode and not to be confused with Deathmatch Classic.

Thanks for uploading it again! 👏 I'm going through the entire vault, seeing what works and what doesn't, trying to fix broken downloads and other issues. I wish I could say I was especially curious about this map, but the screenshot really doesn't do your map justice! I played it now, and it was such a surprise how enjoyable it was! It was a really fun puzzle, and you put a lot of work into the ending! Thanks again for making me and everyone else able to play this after all this time!

What I found interesting is that when I play FPS games, I always have to invert the y-axis from the default mouse control. Yet this is the correct maneuver in an aircraft--moving the yoke forward brings the pitch down, and pulling it aft causes the pitch to go up. This was the original default setting in Doom.
Google Chrome is unfortunately overprotective and stops you from downloading most programs that are "not commonly downloaded". It's a headache for programmers working on hobby projects like this.
Looking great as usual! Really like how you managed to retain almost if not all of the original weapons’s artstyle and feel yet managed to make them look better. The crowbar’s head looks a bit like some birds’ feet though.

With func_convenyor can simulate (not accurate) a "high gravity" (>800), it only works when you jump on top of brush
if yaw = down then: -265< convenyor speed <-180
if yaw = up then: 180< convenyor speed < 265
-265/265 is almost normal "gravity" if approaches to -180/180 it's like "disable" +jump.
With some triggers and multimanager can toggle on/off +jump of players, useful for gamesmode like deathrun or kz maps. I have tested it on cs 1.6, i guess on hl it will work too
Also can be used as:
push for bhops, like axn mode. map example:

thanks Mum, for having such bad cooking that motivated me even more to start cooking myself.
One of the first TV shows I ever worked on was a kids show where they'd write in to us about their parents' terrible cooking, and we'd send a professional chef round to train the parents for a day, with the kids joining a panel of judges the following day for a cooking showdown. This reminded me of that a lot.
I adore cooking - glad to see it's bringing you so much satisfaction.
